Frequently asked questions
When is the game out?
Who Dey Rule? is coming soon to the App Store and Google Play. Follow @kayquicks on X for the launch announcement.
How do I play?
Each month a character brings you a problem. Swipe left or right to choose. Every choice moves four meters: People, Party, Purse and Peace. Gold dots show which meters a choice will touch. If any meter hits zero, your career is over, and a purse that gets too full brings the anti-graft agency.
Is it free?
Yes. Ward Councillor and LGA Chairman are free to play. House of Assembly and Governor are planned as an optional premium unlock in a later update, paid through the App Store or Google Play.
How do I restore a purchase?
When the premium unlock is available, it will be tied to your Apple ID or Google account. Reinstall the game while signed in to the same store account and use the restore option in the game. If it doesn't work, email us.
Do I need an account or internet connection?
No. There is no sign-up, and the game works fully offline.
Can I turn off music, sound or vibration?
Yes. Music, sound effects and haptics each have their own on/off switch in the game's settings.
How do I reset my progress?
Your best run and settings are stored only on your device. Uninstall the game, or clear the app's storage in your device settings, to reset everything.
What data does the game collect?
None. No analytics, no ads and no tracking. Read the full privacy policy.
Are the characters real politicians?
No. Who Dey Rule? is fictional satire made with love for Nigeria. Every politician, party, agency and event in the game is invented, and the game is not affiliated with any government, party, agency or candidate. It does not provide government or election information.
